OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
NRG Eagles Tickets Sweepstakes (Eagles 2025) (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to: (i) legal residents of DE, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and the District of Columbia, who are also (ii) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction) at the time of entry; and (iii) who are also U.S. citizens or lawful permanent U.S. residents. Residents of any other jurisdiction are not eligible to enter. See additional eligibility requirements below in the Section entitled “Eligibility.”
1. THE SWEEPSTAKES:
These official rules (the “Official Rules”) shall govern the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on October 6, 2025, and ends on October 16, 2025, at 11:59 pm EDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by NRG Home (“Sponsor”), which is a trade name of Reliant Energy Northeast LLC. Entries will be made on a third-party internet platform or mail, and the winner will receive a prize provided by Sponsor from Philadelphia Eagles, LLC (“Eagles”). By entering, you understand that your personal information may be transferred between and among these entities for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and/or determining the winners. Sponsor and Eagles are referred to herein as the Sweepstakes Entities.
2. TO ENTER:
By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, void, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise erroneous entries (including reproduced or photocopied entries) or for any problems, malfunctions, or technical difficulties that arise in the entry process. Any incomplete or incorrect entries will be void. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Once submitted, all entries shall be the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified are considered “eligible entries.”
The Sweepstakes will consist of one drawing in which one winner is selected at random from the pool of eligible entries.
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed, and duplicate entries will be considered void and discarded. If you win a prize at any point in the Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to win another prize.
A. ONLINE ENTRY
To enter online, you may visit https://forms.office.com/r/jthLCXEBFz on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device during the Sweepstakes Period. You must fill out the sweepstakes entry form in its entirety, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number. To ensure your entry is valid, follow the directions on the instructions on the form and enter all information requested prior to submitting. Please note that any incomplete entry will not be valid. To be eligible, online entries must be received by Sponsor by the end of the
Sweepstakes Period. No entries will be deemed eligible for any prize if received after the Sweepstakes Period.
B. MAIL-IN ENTRY
To enter by mail, during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must print their full name, address (including zip code), daytime phone number (including area code), and email address on a 3×5 card, and mail or hand-deliver such card (with proper postage affixed) to NRG Home, Attn: Eagles Tickets Sweepstakes (Philadelphia-New York 2025), 2929 Arch St., Suite 1902, Philadelphia, PA 19104. To be eligible, mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. No entries will be deemed eligible for any prize if received after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Each mail-in entry will be weighted the same as each online entry, each receiving one (1) overall entry into the Sweepstakes.
3. DRAWING:
Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) prize winner will be selected at random by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via email or by phone. Winner will need to provide their first name, last name, and email address and fill out the Ssweepstakes release form. The winner will be required to respond (as directed) to this notification message within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification. An alternate winner may be randomly selected by Sponsor from among the remaining eligible entries received if the selected winner: (i) fails to respond in a timely manner to the notification or cannot be reached; (ii) fails to execute the release required by these Official Rules; (iii) does not comply with any other rule or condition of the Sweepstakes; or (iv) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason.
The decisions of the Sponsor, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
4. PRIZES:
The prizes that any one person can win in this Sweepstakes have an estimated retail value of $1900 ($400 per ticket), $100 per parking pass, and $200 ($50 per pre-game sideline pass)). The total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes is $1900.
A prize consists of four (4) admission tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles vs. New York regular season game scheduled to take place at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, October 26, 2025 (the “Game”) as well as four (4) pre-game sideline passes and one (1) parking pass. The Game is not guaranteed to be held on the ticketed day and there is no guarantee you will be able to attend a Game due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s and Eagles’ control (for example, inclement weather). In the event of Game cancellation in which your tickets will not provide entry to another game, the Sponsor will provide the winner with Eagles merchandise valued at approximately $1900.
Exact prize details, including seat location and pre-game sideline pass location, will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All additional expenses incurred by the winner in accepting and exercising the prize (including, without limitation, cost of travel to and from the game and any additional travel, food, and/or accommodation expenses, and any other expenses) will NOT be provided by the Sponsor. Ticket location and value are subject to change.
Winners must comply with all rules and policies of the Eagles and Lincoln Financial Field.
Each winner will be required to complete a sworn statement (a declaration or affidavit) of eligibility and a liability release prior to receiving any prize. The sworn statement and instructions for returning the sworn statement will be provided by Sponsor when the winner is notified. The winner must return the completed statement to the Sponsor as directed in the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification of their winner status. Failure to return the statement will result in forfeiture of the prize by winner.
The winner will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and surcharges related to winning a prize; Form 1099 documentation will be issued as required by law.
5. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to: (i) legal residents of DE, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and the District of Columbia, who are also (ii) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction) at the time of entry; and (iii) who are also U.S. citizens or lawful permanent U.S. residents. Residents of any other jurisdiction are not eligible to enter.
Officers, directors, and employees of the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotional agencies, including the immediate families and household members of such officers, directors, or employees, as well as any person or entity involved at any time in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes, the “Sweepstakes Entities,” are not eligible to enter or win.
6. LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES
By entering, and to the extent allowed by law, entrants warrant and represent that Sponsor and its designees shall have a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, sub-licensable, unconditional, and transferable license to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit, and use their entry and/or photographs in any way and in any and all media now known (including, but not limited to, online, in social media) or other media hereinafter discovered or devised, worldwide for trade, advertising, promotional, public relations, and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine in its sole discretion, without further permission from, or notification or consideration to, entrants or any third parties.
Entrants further agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Entrant’s submission of an entry constitutes his/her representation of eligibility, consent to participate in the Sweepstakes, and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer his/her name, address, and other information for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and for advertising and promoting the Sweepstakes, without further compensation.
7. RELEASE
By entering, entrant agrees to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages, or causes of action in contract, warranty, or tort, with respect to or arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize awarded in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any claims arising out of or relating to your violation of these Sweepstakes Rules or your misuse of any means of entry. (Note for NJ residents: The foregoing sentence applies to torts where the level of culpability is negligence; all other conditions apply.) The
Sweepstakes Entities and the National Football League shall not be liable to winner or any person claiming through winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God; any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid); equipment failure; terrorist acts; earthquake; war; fire; flood; explosion; pandemic or governmental shutdown; severe weather; hurricane; embargo; labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal); labor or material shortage; transportation interruption of any kind; work slowdown; civil disturbance; game cancellation; insurrection; riot; or any other cause beyond the sole control of the Sweepstakes Entities.
Neither Sponsor nor the Sweepstakes Entities is responsible for any printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or any other materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Winners enter at their own risk and neither Sponsor nor the Sweepstakes Entities is responsible for or shall be liable for any condition caused by events beyond its control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted.
8. GENERAL:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, change, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) at any time and for any reason and randomly award the prizes from among eligible entries received at the time of such action, should a virus, bugs, malicious tampering or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration or proper execution of the Sweepstakes (as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion).
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found or suspected to be: 1) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or 2) acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to amend or change the Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion. Amendments will be posted on the Sponsor’s website. By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant consents to be bound by any and all amendments that may be made.
9. WINNER LIST:
To obtain the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to NRG Home, Attn: Eagles Tickets Sweepstakes (Philadelphia-New York 2025), 2929 Arch St., Suite 1902, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Requests for the winner list must be received by February 20, 2026.
10. DATA COLLECTION:
Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Sweepstakes. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy statement at https://www.picknrg.com/en/legal/privacy-rights-and-requests. By submitting an entry and participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained within the privacy statement of the Sponsor.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event will the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages in contract, warranty, or tort, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the methods of entry outlined herein, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites, or any services or items obtained through the website or such other websites. This disclaimer includes any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, whether caused by tort, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Winner(s) are responsible for any tax consequences of accepting a prize.
12. CHOICE OF LAW
All issues, questions, or claims concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of contestants and the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to Pennsylvania choice of law rules. All proceedings shall take place in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
