If you aren’t completely satisfied with your NRG energy service plan, then we’ll help you get set up with a different plan that best fits your life, or we’ll cancel your plan — for any reason, and without any fees or costs.
If you’ve earned travel rewards, cash back, charitable contributions or another reward from us, they’re yours, or your charitable organization’s, to keep — no strings attached.
If your call wait time for Customer Service is more than 5 minutes, you’ll receive a $10 check from us. And if a real person doesn’t respond to your email within one business day, you’ll receive a $10 check from us.
We won’t sell in designated senior citizen or public housing. We do want to connect, but on terms comfortable to you.
If you’re concerned about your bill, give us a call and we’ll be happy to work with you to try to address your concern.
You have the power to choose what you want from your energy, who supplies it and the experiences it connects you to.
You are in control of your energy data. You have the right to know what information we collect, what we do with it, who gets to see it, how to restrict it being shared and who to contact if you have any concerns.
At the end of one of our fixed-rate plans, if you don’t switch to a new one, then we’ll move you to a different plan. But, remember, you can always switch or cancel your plan, for any reason, without any fees or costs.
